Meditation Evenings 7:00 - 9:00pm

 

Monday in French

Activities include: sitting and walking meditation, Sutras readings (except Mondays), teachings and/or sharings.
Contribution : 6 $

Wednesday in French (beginning on Oct 5th)

Sitting and walking meditation. Teaching on

Teaching on the sattipatthana sutra with Lily, dharmacarya.
Teaching and practice on 42 weeks
Beginning: oct 5th 2011
No experience required; continous attendance advisable but not mandatory.
Contribution : 10$/evening

Introductory Session

On the first Monday of each month 6:00 - 6:45pm (in French)
Volontary contribution (in addition to the above meditation evening contribution)

Subscriptions (tax deductible)

    1. Meditation evening : 400$/year
      Access to the Monday and Wednesday evenings
    2. Meditation evening PLUS : 650$/year
      Access to the Monday and Wednesday evenings;
      50% of the Days of Mindfulness and 25% for retreats and workshops
    3. Major Donors : 2500$/year
      Unlimited access to all our activities.
